It appears that lull before the Storm is here for a few more days. There have been reports that both Telus and Bell have instructed their store employees to remove any Storm advertising and the managers have been told to meet their sales goals using other devices.
Blackberry Storm, RIM’s answer to the Apple iPhone seems to have hit a rough patch soon after launch in the U.S. There have been reports that the OS is very laggy and the "clicky" touch keys don’t work as well.
Both Bell and Telus having been banking heavily on the Storm to stem their decline in new activations. Bell have not even released an official launch date or pricing. There were reports that some store had started to take pre-orders, without any pricing being released to the early adopters, and that these stores have been told to stop taking any pre-orders. It is believed that the Storm won’t be ready for release on the Bell network in time for Christmas.
